2. Information we collect
When you submit a LinkedIn lead form or contact us about our products and services, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, business email address, company name, and any job title or telephone number you supply.
We also collect the requirements you share, such as processing operations, surface finishes, estimated order quantities and subsequent correspondence.
Please do not include sensitive personal information or unnecessary personal details in technical drawings.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss technical requirements, prepare quotations, arrange samples and manage related business correspondence.
We store enquiry information in Excel records and our CRM system. Providing contact details is necessary for us to respond. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Legal basis
Where applicable, we process information to take steps towards a contract at your request, pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and communicating with company representatives, or meet legal obligations.
Where consent is required, we request it separately. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Who receives your information?
Authorised personnel handling your enquiry may access your information. Service providers supporting our CRM, file storage and email communications may process information for those purposes.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law. LinkedIn’s own processing is governed by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
6. Location and international transfers
Alused handles business enquiries in Türkiye.
7. Retention and deletion
Enquiry information held in our Excel records and CRM system is retained for one year from collection and then automatically deleted.
If an enquiry results in an order, records required for contractual, accounting or legal purposes may be retained separately for the applicable periods.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about our processing, access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
