Anodizing Capacity: Our facility boasts a chemical anodizing unit with an annual capacity of 3,000 tons and a monthly capacity of 150,000 m². We offer a wide range of anodizing processes, including matte, acid matte, mechanical bright, and chemical bright finishes.

Anodizing Process:

1. Surface Preparation: The first step in anodizing is the thorough cleaning and preparation of the aluminum surfaces. During this phase, all dirt, oil, and oxides are removed to ensure optimal adhesion of the anodizing coating.

2. Anodizing Bath: The cleaned aluminum profiles are then subjected to an anodizing bath in an electrolytic solution. This process forms a durable oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum, significantly enhancing its corrosion resistance.

3. Coloring: After the anodizing bath, the products are colored as desired. Our facility offers a wide range of colors, including white, yellow, bronze, brown, inox, and black. Each color is available in both bright and matte finishes.

4. Sealing: Once the coloring process is complete, the anodized coating is sealed to increase its durability and protect the surface. This step ensures a long-lasting finish that preserves the integrity of the coating.

5. Quality Control: In the final stage of production, the anodized aluminum profiles undergo a meticulous inspection. The surfaces are checked for any defects, and only products meeting our high standards are approved for shipment.
