Extrusion Department - Precision and Quality in Production

Our company operates with state-of-the-art 5-inch and 7-inch machines, offering flexible and efficient solutions for the production of custom products. We utilize both machines to ensure optimal production methods. Products produced with a single die on the 5-inch machine can be manufactured with two dies on the 7-inch machine. Both machines serve the same purpose, providing our customers with the best production options.

Our operators, with 30 years of experience, ensure the efficient operation of our machines, successfully handling even the most complex projects. We can evaluate and produce products that may be contrary to the nature of extrusion, thanks to our expert team.

With a total of 7 mold ovens, our daily production capacity is fully determined according to the needs and requests of our customers. By working with backup molds, we can quickly carry out mass production.

We adhere to A-grade quality standards in our press products. While we commonly use raw materials such as 6063 and 6463, we can also adapt to other materials according to customer requirements. By A-grade, we refer to 15 iron for 6063 billets and 12-15 iron for 6463. Our products are free from extrusion marks, ensuring a flawless surface quality.

Products manufactured in our press machines can be directed to anodizing, painting, or chemical anodizing processes based on customer preferences. This wide range of options allows us to provide solutions that best meet the specific needs of our customers' projects.
